Bone Meal Vietnam

Weighfeeder especially developed for bone meal and small grain dosing with a full sealed housing, available in 3 different belt widths. This equipment has standard lengthening modules and is simple to install.

  • Robust, compact and complete scaled housing adaptable to the customer's requirements
  • Manual volumetrical control supplied with the feeder for emergency cases
  • Electronic calibration of the load cells
  • Extraction, weighing, transportation handled by one single equipment 
  • Controlled functions:
    • Belt speed, lack of product, belt slipping and drifting, check and adjustment of the feeding devices
  • Second weighbridge under Inlet Hopper for an optimized regulation of the extractor

  • First rate materials and advanced supplies
  • Surfaces protection by sandblasting, antirust protection, and paint coats warranted thickness minimum 50 µm
  • Accuracy in dosing according to the operative OIML rules
